There's A Fungus Among Us (And Other Treats)

Crikey!  Another awesome day in Portlandise yesterday.

Headed out with the pup to walk down to the river and East Bank Esplanade.  The public was out in force along the waterway since it was so nice out.  The round trip was about 2.7 miles.

Of Course we had to stop off at the Lucky Labrador for a pint on the way home.  I had the Hell Raiser ESB, Susan had the Super Dog IPA.  and Hugo had water.

Here is an example of a phenomenon from the hippie culture of Portland.  Not sure but, these could be school bus stops and there are quite a few of them around SE Portland.

Fungus as promised in the post title...

Lucky shot of an insect gathering pollen from a dandy lion...

Hawthorne Bridge heading West to Downtown (Interesting bridge facts here)...

Crazy cool razor wire...

Kids bicycle mash up (reminds me of this photo post from some time ago)

Not to be left out, our local Buddhist Temple...

And thanks to Susan, we are noshing on delicious greens and veggies for lunch as we speak...
